The claims herein claimed are pursuant to CFR 35 Sections 1.71 through 1.76 pertaining as follows:
1) The steering edges comprising of the curves placed at the width of the Board where the curves direct the edge of the board toward the nose of the Board allows a rider to shift their center of balance to keep the board under feet going up river.
2) The Internal Frame reinforcement pathways are made in such a way that they support distribution of weight without the board flexing to find center of gravity of the Board over the steering edges in the movement of over coming an upward slant of skimming up river.
3) The internal frame reinforcement pathways are made in such a way that any means of foam can be placed in the internal core around the internal reinforcement pathways of the frame to help keep the board afloat.
4) The composite of foam and the internal frame reinforcement pathways allows the board to stay thin and light to make good use of a thin edge being able tyo slice into a turn as appose to the board rolling out from under a rider.
